Dr. Grace Manliu Yang
Dr. Yang received her dental degree at the University of California, San Francisco, after completing her undergraduate studies in Classics at the University of California, San Diego. She completed her general practice residency at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in Brooklyn. She practiced in a pediatric dental office prior to returning to specialty trainings in endodontics at the University of Illinois - Chicago.
Dr. Yang enjoys traveling (in non-COVID times :p) in her free time.
Michael D. Parsons, D.D.S.
Dr. Parsons is a native of Maryland and attended Thomas S. Wootton High school in Rockville. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Maryland in College Park. Following his undergraduate education, he attended the University of Maryland Dental School in 1992 where he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and the Irvin I. Abramson award for outstanding skill and expertise in endodontic diagnosis and treatment. While there, he was also a member of the Gamma Pi Delta and Gorgas Honor Societies. After completing a General Practice Residency in Dental Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey, he received his specialty training and Certificate in Endodontics at the University of Maryland Dental School.
Dr. Parsons is a member of the Frederick County Dental Society for which he has served as president. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontists. As an endodontist, he utilizes state-of-the-art technology and equipment, including the use of a surgical microscope, in order to provide the highest quality of care. He enjoys spending his free time hiking and doing other outdoor activities with his wife and three children.

Dr. Zied Diab
Dr. Zied Diab received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology, his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in Endodontics from West Virginia University. He completed his general practice residency at Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital.
Dr. Diab is extremely passionate about the field of endodontics, which is why he chose to specialize in it. He enjoys what he does because it allows him to make a tangible difference in people’s lives. Dr. Diab states, “there is something incredibly rewarding about performing endodontics – Being able to take someone out of pain and restore their quality of life. The precision and care required in root canal therapy are intellectually stimulating and personally fulfilling.” Dr. Diab gets a great sense of satisfaction from not only resolving the immediate discomfort but also helping patients retain their natural teeth, which contributes to their long-term oral health.
Outside of work, Dr. Diab values spending quality time with family. Whether it’s a casual dinner or a weekend outing. He finds these moments to be truly fulfilling. Staying active is also a big part of his life and he enjoys hiking, basketball, tennis and recently, pickleball. These activities help him unwind and maintain a healthy balance. Dr. Diab is also an avid sports fan so he enjoys following games and staying updated on his favorite teams. Overall, engaging with family, fitness and sports allows him to recharge and stay energized , for both his personal and professional life. Dr. Diab is fluent in Arabic and knows some French.
